CareerTools (operated by Solutioneers Pty. Ltd.) uses trusted third-party service providers (“sub-processors”) to support the delivery of our services. These vendors may process limited personal data on our behalf and are contractually obligated to comply with relevant data protection regulations.
We review and assess each sub-processor for security, privacy, and compliance before engagement.

Sub-Processor Updates
We will notify customers at least 30 days in advance of any new sub-processor being added to this list, unless the change is for emergency or temporary measures. Notifications will be sent to the Primary Account contact for each school or organisation.
